Abstract:

The purpose of this rule is to amend the Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions and the Extra Long Staple (ELS) Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions. The intended effect of this action is to clarify and revise policy provisions for the 2017 and succeeding crop years.
