View Rule

The purpose of this rule is to publish a final rule with comments to amend the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions to clarify and revise policy provisions. This rule will revise the definition of "practical to replant" and revise double cropping requirements. The changes to the policy made in this rule are planned for the 2017 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a contract change date on or after the effective date of the rule, and for the 2018 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a contract change date prior to the effective date of the rule.
