Title: Rural Business Investment Program (Non-Leveraged)--Farm Bill 
Abstract:

The Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBS) will modify the current regulation and follow up on the 2011 interim rule with a final rule. The rule changes are designed to make the program run more efficiently, allow a more user- friendly program, bring the regulation in line with other RBS programs and align the regulations to the new provisions authorized in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).  The revisions will support the Interagency Task Force on Agriculture and Rural Prosperity (Rural Prosperity Task Force) established by Executive Order 13790.
