Abstract:

The REAP rule cross references the Business & Industry (B&I) loan guarantee program for guaranteed loan making and servicing. The B&I program is revising program regulations and therefore some of the REAP rule cross references to the B&I regulations and will be obsolete when the B&I regulations become effective.
