Title: Water Systems for Rural and Native Villages in Alaska 
Abstract: 7 USC 1926(d) authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make grants to the State of Alaska for the benefit of rural or Native villages in Alaska to provide for the development and construction of water and wastewater systems to improve the health and sanitation conditions in those villages. The Rural Utilities Service will remove the current administration of this program from 7 CFR 1780 and issue a new regulation, 7 CFR 1784, in order to provide specific policies and procedures governing the program.
