Abstract:

Implementation of regulatory changes to cease publication of Notice of Funds Availability for grant programs.  The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) will amend 7 CFR parts 1709, 1739, 1776 and 1783 to remove reference to publication of an annual Notice of Funds Availability  (NOFA).
