Title: Policy on Audits of RUS Awardees Updates (7 CFR 1773)  
Abstract:

Rural Development updated 7 CFR 1773 in May of 2023. Since then, the program has continued to evaluate and obtain input from stakeholders. There appears to still be areas that are prone to misinterpretation and confusion so the program is working to update for more clarity.
