Title: ●Direct Single Family Loans and Grants--Repayment Ability, Section 504 
Abstract: The Agency proposes to revise 7 CFR part 3550 by removing the requirement that a budget be completed as a determination of repayment ability. However, this change will not remove the requirement that applicants show repayment ability for a loan but by removing the requirement that a budget be used, it will give the Agency greater flexibility such as the ability to utilize repayment ratios.
