Abstract: The Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP) is a voluntary program for people who want to develop and improve wildlife habitat on private land. Through WHIP, NRCS provides both technical assistance and cost-share assistance to establish and improve fish and wildlife habitat.
