| Abstract: This action would amend the Animal Welfare Act regulations to change the number of dogs and/or cats that may be sold per year without a license. It also would make several other amendments to the regulations to clarify the regulations and to improve their enforceability. In addition, it would amend a number of administrative procedures to make them more efficient. We believe these actions are necessary to help ensure compliance with the regulations and the Animal Welfare Act. | |
