Title: ●Revision for Providing Electronic Submission of the Import Request of Shell Eggs 
Abstract:

This action allows for the electronic submission of import documents for shell eggs (specifically LPS-222 Import Request) via the Automated Controlled Environment (ACE) system of the Customs and Border Patrol. The action will allow for faster approval for entry and efficient tracking of imports into the United States as well as a rapid release into commerce. The amendments are minor, primarily new definitions for wording used in the regulations as well as certain name changes.
