| Title: ●Grapes Grown in a Designated Area of Southeastern California and Imported Table Grapes; Shipments to Charitable Organizations | |
|
Abstract:
This action would revise the regulations under the California desert grape marketing order (order) and the import regulations to allow grape handlers and importers to donate product that does not meet the minimum grade, size, and quality requirements to charitable organizations. To ensure that these grapes aren't diverted to commercial markets, the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) would also announce its intent to request a revision to the information collection requirements of the order by adding a new form to track the disposition of these grapes. |
