Abstract:
This rule removes the Subpart pertaining to designated markets, which was rendered obsolete after the Fair and Equitable Tobacco Reform Act of 2004 repealed authority for the tobacco quota system and tobacco producers voted against requiring mandatory tobacco grading in a 2005 producer referendum. |
