Title: Food Stamp Program: Revisions to the Retail Food Store Definition and Program Authorization Guidance 
Abstract: This proposed rule would implement provisions of Public Law 103-225 requiring firms to offer a variety of staple food items for sale or to have more than 50 percent of gross retail sales in staple foods. This rule also addresses the requirement in Public Law 103-225 to provide periodic notices to participating firms, clarifying certain eligibility criteria. (95-003)
