Title: SNAP: Immediate Payment Suspension for Fraudulent Retailer Activity 
Abstract:

This rule will implement part of section 4132 of the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 (Pub. L. 110-246) by authorizing the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) to suspend the payment of redeemed program benefits to a suspected retail food store or wholesale food concern pending administrative action to disqualify the firm.
