Abstract:

States have the option to participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Restaurant Meal Program (RMP). Pursuant to changes in the Agricultural Act of 2014, changes must be made to improve the accountability of the RMP in States that operate this discretionary program.
