Title: SNAP Quality Control Review Handbook Incorporation by Reference 
Abstract:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to propose formally incorporating the FNS Handbook 310 by reference into SNAP regulations. The FNS Handbook 310 is the SNAP quality control (QC) reviewer’s procedure manual for reviewing QC cases, which reviewers are required to use to conduct reviews, per 7 CFR 275.14(b). The rule also proposes to reorganize 7 CFR 275.14(b) to include two subparagraphs that will break out the FNS Handbook 310 and the statistical handbook used in QC.
