Title: Collection of Reimbursable Costs for Processing Special-Use Applications and Administration of Special-Use Authorizations 
Abstract: The objective of this proposal is to incorporate into regulation the authority contained in the Mineral Leasing Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act to reimburse the United States for reasonable administrative costs associated with the issuance and administration of special-use authorizations on National Forest System lands.

Additional Information: Cost reimbursement for processing special-use applications and administration of special-use authorizations was originally included under RIN 0596-AA36. All provisions pertaining to the special-use application and administration process have been merged with RIN 0596-AB35. Thus, this rulemaking addresses only the cost-reimbursement provisions.
