Abstract:

Consistent with section 2 of EO 13990, "Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis," USDA reviewed the final rule published on 10/29/2020 (85 FR 68688) and proposes to repeal or replace subpart E of 36 CFR 294. The proposed rule will be issued within the timeframes specified in EO 13990.
