Title: Alaska Roadless Rule Revision 
Abstract:

Consistent with section 2 of Executive Order 13990, "Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis," USDA reviewed the final rule that published on 10/29/2020 (85 FR 68688) and proposes to repeal or replace subpart E of 36 CFR 294. The proposed rule was issued 11/23/21 (86 FR 66498). The agency anticipates issuing a final rule within the timeframes specified in Executive Order 13990.
