Title: ●Project-Level Predecisional Administrative Review Process 
Abstract:

This rule amendment would revise the pre-decisional administrative review regulations at 36 CFR 218 to eliminate costly and inefficient requirements that are not required by the authorizing statutes, in accordance with Section 2 of Executive Order 14219, Ensuring Lawful Governance and Implementing the President's "Department of Government Efficiency" Deregulatory Initiative . The revision would reduce costs of implementing the notice, comment, and objection requirements and provide additional flexibility and tools to address objections.
