Title: Project-Level Predecisional Administrative Review Process 
Abstract:

This rule amendment would amend 36 CFR 218 to better align the administrative review process with the minimum statutory requirements, consolidate and streamline the process, and increase the efficiency of environmental reviews. The current regulations also rely heavily on recently rescinded Council on Environmental Quality National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations, as well as Forest Service NEPA regulations that were rescinded and replaced by modified Department-level NEPA regulations. 36 CFR 218 should be revised to reflect these changes.
