Abstract:
This rule amendment would repeal the Forest Service’s current travel management regulations at 36 CFR 212 and revise its travel management and motorized access prohibition regulations to eliminate policy redundancies, simplify the travel management planning process, remove impediments to efficient land management, and support more effective decision-making at the local level . |
