Abstract:

Amend 36 CFR 222.3 ‘Grazing and Livestock Use on the National Forest System', to provide greater flexibility in base property and livestock ownership and/or control. The revisions will provide simplification to the permit administrative process and better align with the Bureau of Land Management’s livestock permitting policies.
