Title: ●Voluntary Labeling Program for Biobased Products: Mature Market Products 
Abstract:

The proposed amendments provide the framework for implementing the requirement that USDA include forest products in the "USDA Certified Biobased Product" voluntary labeling program, thus overriding current regulatory provisions excluding "mature market" products from the labeling program.
