Title: Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards 
Abstract:

This action implements the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) final uniform guidance in 2 CFR 200 on Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The action amends the Department of Commerce's current regulations on grant administration, and adds provisions about auditing of Federal awards. This rule brings the Department of Commerce's regulations in line with those of the other Federal agencies and with OMB's guidance.
