Title: Disclosure of Government Information 
Abstract: Pursuant to the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, all agencies are expected to revise their FOIA-implementing regulations to comport with the statute's new requirements by December 28, 2016. The Department of Commerce will promulgate changes to 15 CFR part 4 in order to comply with that requirement and will also change one definition to align with a recent D.C. Circuit decision that struck down the same definitional language in another agency's regulations.
