Title: ●Update to EDA's Revolving Loan Fund Regulations 
Abstract:

EDA is proposing to amend the implementing regulations for its Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program. The purpose is to simplify the regulations to make them easier to understand and remove superfluous requirements. As EDA’s implementation of the RLF program continues, lessons are learned and EDA has identified a number of areas where the regulations are creating unnecessary burden on RLF operators.
