Title: ●Update to PWEDA Regulations to Incorporate Reauthorization 
Abstract:

EDA is proposing to amend its regulations located at 13 CFR 300, 301, 302, 305, and 314 to incorporate changes required by the passage of the Economic Development Reauthorization Act of 2024 (the Act) in Title II of Division B of Public Law 118-272 on January 4, 2025. This includes updating definitions. At the same time, EDA will update it other regulations to align with the reauthorization and make EDA’s regulations simpler and less burdensome.
