Title: ●Update to PWEDA Grant Rates 
Abstract:

EDA is proposing to comprehensively amend its regulation located at 13 CFR 301.4. When Congress passed the Economic Development Reauthorization Act of 2024 (the Act) in Title II of Division B of Public Law 118-272 on January 4, 2025, it updated the range of federal investment EDA could offer to grantees under Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (PWEDA). This update will alter the distress criteria to reflect changes made under the Economic Development Reauthorization Act of 2024.
