Title: Non-Application of Previously Withdrawn Regulatory Provisions Governing Targeted Dumping
Abstract: Import Administration proposes not to apply, upon the effective date of this rule if implemented, the previously withdrawn regulatory provisions governing targeted dumping in antidumping duty investigations.
