Title: Fishery Management Plan for Corals and Reef-Associated Plants and Invertebrates for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands 
Abstract: The measures implemented under the Fishery Management Plan for Corals and Associated Plants and Invertebrate for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: (1) prohibit the harvest of stony corals, sea fans, gorgonians, and live rock; (2) limit harvest of other invertebrates to dip nets and slurp guns, with certain exceptions; and (3) prohibit the use of chemicals and explosives.
