Title: Comprehensive Amendment Addressing Sustainable Fishery Act Definitions and Other Required Provisions in Fishery Management Plans of the South Atlantic Region 
Abstract: The comprehensive Sustainable Fishery Act (SFA) amendment will amend existing fishery management plans (FMPs) for shrimp, red drum, snapper-grouper, coastal migratory pelagics, coral, coral reefs, and live/hard bottom resources, spiny lobster, and golden crab to ensure (1) they are in conformance with SFA section 102 definitions, (2) that bycatch provisions are in conformance with SFA section 108 provisions, (3) they address fishery impact statements that describe the likely effects of management measures on fishing communities, (4) they address overfishing provisions specifying objective and measurable criteria for identifying whether a fishery is overfished, and (5) they propose measures to rebuild overfished stocks in fisheries of the South Atlantic Region.
