Title: ●IFQ Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements for Catcher Vessels 
Abstract: This rulemaking will revise the submittal time limit for the individual fishing quotas (IFQ) prior notice of landing; will combine the IFQ shipment report into the groundfish product transfer report; will remove the vessel clearance requirement; will remove authorized IFQ ports of landing from Table 14; and will revise the IFQ departure report.
