Title: Access to Tissue Specimen Samples From the National Marine Mammal Tissue Bank 
Abstract: The National Marine Tissue Bank (NMMTB) proposes to make available tissue specimen samples to the scientific community for research that is consistent with the goal of the NMMTB. The intent of this proposed rule is to allow the scientific community the opportunity to comment on the protocol for requests for tissue specimen samples.
