Title: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Monkfish Fishery; Amendment 5 
Abstract: In general, the goals of the amendment are to bring the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) into compliance with the new requirements of the reauthorized Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson Stevens Act), specifically to establish annual catch limits (ACLs) and accountability measures (AMs), and to manage the fishery at long-term sustainable levels.
