Title: ●2010 Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Quota Specifications 
Abstract: This action would establish Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT) quota specifications by adjusting the U.S. annual BFT quota recommended by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas in 2008, and allocating that quota among the domestic fishing categories for the 2010 fishing year (January 1-December 31, 2010). This action would be consistent with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act. The annual specification process is set forth in current regulations implemented under the 2006 Consolidated Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan. This action is not expected to be controversial.
