Abstract: On March 6, 2009, NMFS published a final rule to implement the 2009-2010 West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures (74 FR 9874). This final rule also makes routine inseason adjustments to fishery management measures to keep projected impacts of groundfish species within their respective 2010 harvest specifications.
