Title: Western Pacific Pelagic Fisheries; Hawaii-Based Shallow-Set Longline Fishery; Court Order 
Abstract: This final rule revises the annual number of allowable incidental interactions that may occur between the Hawaii-based pelagic shallow-set longline fishery and loggerhead sea turtles. This final rule is a result of a settlement approved by the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii that directs NMFS to revise the annual interaction limit for loggerhead turtles from 46 to 17. The intent of this final rule is to ensure that the fishery complies with the Court Order.
