Title: ●Amendment 3 to the Atlantic Deep-Sea Red Crab Fishery Management Plan 
Abstract: This action is required to bring the Atlantic Deep-Sea Red Crab Fishery Management Plan (FMP) into compliance with the reauthorized Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act by Incorporating an annual catch limit (ACL) and accountability measures (AMs). The Red Crab FMP may also be modified to implement a “hard quota” (or total allowable landings (TAL)) in place of the current target total allowable catch (TAC) and days-at-sea (DAS) system. Other management measures currently in place may be modified or eliminated.
