Title: ●Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council Omnibus Amendment To Implement Annual Catch Limits and Accountability Measures  
Abstract: This action will establish a framework to enact Annual Catch Limits (ACLs) and comprehensive Accountability Measures (AMs), as required by the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006 (MSRA) for all Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council Fishery Management Plans and species except for Loligo and Illex Squids, which are exempt from the requirements because of an annual life cycle.
