Title: Omnibus Amendment to the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Plans to Implement Annual Catch Limits and Accountability Measures 
Abstract: This comprehensive omnibus amendment modifies all Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council fishery management plans to contain Annual Catch Limits (ACLs) and Accountability Measures (AMs) in compliance with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006 and revised National Standard 1 guidance. Amendment was approved by NMFS on behalf of the Secretary of Commerce on August 12, 2011.
