Abstract: The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries is proposing to revise the regulations for the Fagatele Bay National Marine Sanctuary (FBNMS). The revisions will modify the restrictions for the FBNMS and add new regulations to manage several additional geographic areas that are being added to the area of the sanctuary.
