Title: ●2011 Atlantic Bluefish Specifications 
Abstract: This action will establish 2011 Atlantic bluefish specifications, including State-by-State commercial quotas, a recreational harvest limit, and recreational possession limits for Atlantic bluefish off the east coast of the United States. The action also revises the Atlantic bluefish regulations for the specification of overall total allowable landings and the target fishing mortality rate to more clearly reflect the intent of the Atlantic Bluefish Fishery Management Plan.
