Title: ●Emergency Rule To Revise Butterfish Specifications 
Abstract: NMFS is issuing a final rule to issue emergency measures to increase the butterfish Acceptable Biological Catch (ABC) from 1,500 mt to 1,811 mt. The butterfish ABC sets the butterfish mortality cap on the Loligo squid fishery. This adjustment is based on best available science, and is intended to provide additional fishing opportunities to the Loligo fleet.
