Title: ●Amendments to Implement the Internationally Agreed Requirements of the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act 
Abstract: NMFS is amending regulations to implement internationally agreed requirements pursuant the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act (16 U.S.C. 44A sec 2436). These amendments include increasing the time for advance notice of fishing activities; clarifying requirements in the current regulations; updating reporting formats; reducing the time for advance notice of imports of Dissostichus species; and enhancing and clarifying transshipment reporting requirements.
