Title: Identification and Certification of Nations; Notification of Effective Date of Collection-of-Information Requirements 
Abstract: In two previous rulemakings, NMFS established procedures for identification and certification of nations to address illegal, unreported, or unregulated fishing activities, bycatch of protected living marine resources and unsustainable catch of shark species in international fisheries. Nations whose fishing vessels engage in illegal, unreported, or unregulated fishing, bycatch of protected living marine resources, or unsustainable shark fishing are identified in a biennial report to Congress. NMFS must subsequently certify whether identified nations have taken appropriate corrective action with respect to the activities of its fishing vessels. This final rule notifies the public that the collection-of-information requirement associated with documentation of admissibility have been approved by OMB and are effective. No changes to the previously established procedures for the identification and certification of nations, or for the imposition of trade sanctions, are made in this rule.
