| Title: North and South Atlantic 2014 Commercial Swordfish Quotas | |
| Abstract: This rule would adjust the 2014 fishing season quotas for North and South Atlantic swordfish based upon 2013 commercial quota underharvests and quota transfers in accordance with International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas recommendations. This rule is necessary to ensure that current swordfish quotas account for any underharvests from the 2013 fishing year, and any future swordfish quota adjustments are consistent with regulations and International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas recommendations that establish the U.S. North and South Atlantic swordfish allocations. | |
