Abstract:

On January 3, 2013, NMFS published a final rule to implement the 2013-2014 West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures (78 FR 580). This action takes routine and frequent management action to modify management measures to meet the mandates outlined by the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
