Title: Pacific Halibut Fisheries; Catch Sharing Plan 2015(Section 610 Review) 
Abstract: Each year, the Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) reviews and receives public comment on its Pacific Halibut Catch Sharing Plan to determine whether revisions are necessary to achieve management objectives for any of the West Coast halibut fisheries. For 2015 and beyond, the Council recommended, and the National Marine Fisheries Service approved and implemented several changes to the portion of the Plan covering the allocations and sport fisheries. The annual regulations included the 2015 halibut quota for the West Coast fisheries as recommended by the International Pacific Halibut Commission.
